Challenge to Impact
Managing operations across a growing chain of temples came with a unique set of problems — many locations, high transaction volumes, donation and collection management, ticketing, and the need for secure, reliable payment processing, all without a common system tying it together. Temple staff needed something simple to operate day to day; administrators needed centralized visibility across every location.
We designed a single digital ecosystem spanning temple operations end to end: a dedicated temple management application for staff, POS deployment across locations, digital ticketing, donation and collection management, and centralized reporting that gives administrators one view across the entire network — instead of reconciling location by location.
AI-assisted analysis of live transaction and donation data — categorizing patterns across locations, surfacing anomalies, and feeding usage feedback back into the product roadmap — has directly shaped which features we prioritized as the network grew, rather than relying on anecdotal input from individual temples.
Multi-location architecture with real-time synchronization of transactions back to a centralized system, POS and secure payment gateway integrations (including Worldline) built for reliability at high transaction volume, and a reporting layer designed from day one to scale as new locations came online.
This is our biggest project to date: a live, production platform running across a chain of temples today, processing thousands of transactions with full centralized visibility — proof that the architecture holds up under real, sustained volume, not just a pilot.
