We built billing as the front door to a larger retail operations platform: fast checkout backed by real-time inventory updates, product and SKU management, sales and returns handling, and multi-store visibility from a single system.

Sales and inventory data captured at the point of billing was used to surface which products, stores, and time periods were actually driving revenue — turning day-to-day transaction data into a feedback loop the client's team could act on, rather than raw numbers sitting unused in a database.

Multi-store architecture with staff and role management, discount and promotional pricing rules, and a sales analytics layer built directly on top of live transaction data rather than a nightly batch export.

The client moved from billing-as-a-utility to billing-as-a-data-source — with clear visibility into what's selling, when, and where, across every connected store.
