A retrieval-augmented system is only as useful as the trust its users place in its answers. Citing the exact source document — not just returning a synthesized paragraph — is what turns a demo into a tool people actually rely on.
Feedback loops matter too: when an agent corrects a bad retrieval, that correction should improve ranking for the next query, not disappear into a log nobody reads.
